The right package starts with a clear scope
The support you need depends on what is already in place. You may have a builder ready to install your frame, or want help co-ordinating more of the journey. Grain starts by understanding your project, then sets out the package and responsibilities in writing.
Five levels of support, one point of contact
Frame package supply
For clients with an established delivery teamFor clients with an established delivery team who need the timber-frame package itself. Your proposal identifies the structural components, specified factory work and supporting information included in the supply. Krivaja can supply panels to experienced installation teams without manufacturer supervision where agreed. We clarify responsibility for transport, unloading, storage and installation, including what your team provides.
Package and erection
For clients who want installation includedFor clients who want installation included alongside the frame. The agreed scope identifies who installs the system, what equipment and site preparation are needed, and how completion of the frame stage will be recorded. Krivaja can provide installation teams and on-site supervision. Availability, responsibilities and site requirements are agreed for your project, including the interfaces with groundworks and other trades.
Watertight shell
For projects seeking an enclosed buildingFor projects seeking an enclosed building before internal completion continues. We define the shell milestone against the actual specification, including the relevant roof, glazing, external doors and weathering details. Your proposal explains the work required to reach that milestone and the work that remains afterwards. Internal services, finishes and external works should never be assumed from the package name alone.
Managed delivery
For clients seeking broader co-ordinationFor clients seeking broader co-ordination across agreed stages of the build. The service can bring together programme discussions, information flow and communication with appointed delivery partners. We set out which activities Grain co-ordinates and which parties design, supply, install and sign off each part of the work. The management service and the physical building specification are both defined.
Turnkey where appropriate
For suitable projects, where location and team allowFor suitable projects, we can explore a more complete delivery arrangement with the relevant partners. Availability depends on location, scope, capacity and the appointment structure. Before a turnkey proposal is agreed, the work to completion is listed in detail, including finishes, services, handover requirements and exclusions. This is a project-specific offer.
What your proposal needs to make clear
Your proposal should identify the design and specification, inclusions and exclusions, responsibilities, programme assumptions and payment terms. It should also explain the handover information and aftercare that apply to the agreed work.
Package questions
Yes. Tell us about your builder and installation arrangements so we can discuss the right supply scope.
We can discuss changes, but availability, cost and programme may be affected. Agreeing the intended route early helps everyone plan.
A useful price needs a defined design, specification and scope. We will explain what information is needed for a meaningful proposal and distinguish the frame cost from the total build budget.
