A clear point of contact after handover
Moving into the next stage of your project should come with clear information. Grain’s agreed aftercare arrangements explain how to raise a question about the supplied package and how it reaches the team responsible for resolving it.
Know what you are receiving
Handover information should reflect the work completed, including relevant product details, care instructions, warranty documents and a record of outstanding items. We help co-ordinate this within our agreed scope so you know what to keep and who to contact.
Raise a question with Grain
Contact us with your project reference or address, a short description and photographs where useful. We will review the information and co-ordinate the enquiry with the responsible party under your project arrangements.
Care for the home you have built
Different materials and products need different care. Follow the maintenance instructions provided and keep a record of servicing and alterations. Seek professional advice before changing structural elements.
Understand the different kinds of cover
Aftercare is the practical route for questions and support. A product warranty, installation obligation and separate structural warranty may each have a different provider, duration and claims process.

Your name, contact details, project reference or address, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. Please avoid sending unrelated personal or financial documents.
If there is an immediate danger to people or property, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified emergency contractor. The general enquiry form is not an emergency response service.
Contact us with your project details and tell us which document you need. We will help locate the information available for your package.
