One point of contact to keep the project connected
Your project will need different expertise at different stages. Grain helps you understand where the timber-frame package fits and co-ordinates the conversations that move it forward. You remain part of the decisions.
From first conversation to agreed aftercare
First we understand where you are
We talk about the home or development you want to create, the site, your current plans and the people already involved. This helps us identify the support you need and whether Grain is a suitable fit.
Then we clarify the next step
Some projects need a package discussion straight away. Others need architectural, planning, engineering or funding input first. We help identify those dependencies and co-ordinate appropriate introductions or discussions. Specialist appointments, fees and deliverables are agreed clearly.

Keeping questions, revisions and decisions connected
Your architect’s design and the manufacturer’s requirements need to meet in a co-ordinated set of information. Grain helps keep questions, revisions and decisions connected as the package develops.
The proposal sets out the agreed work, responsibilities and exclusions. Manufacturing should proceed from the approved information, with later changes handled through an agreed process.

Delivery planned around the actual site
The frame programme needs to align with foundations, access, lifting arrangements and the appointed installation team. We co-ordinate the information relevant to our scope so delivery is planned around the actual site.
Krivaja indicates a typical production lead time of around 60 days from approved workshop drawings. This is an indicative production period; transport, installation and the wider build need their own programme. Dates are confirmed for your project.
Handover includes the information you need
At the end of the agreed work, handover should make the position clear: what has been completed, any items still to resolve and the documents relevant to the supplied package. Aftercare arrangements identify where to raise a question and how it reaches the responsible team.
Already have your own team
We can work with an existing architect, builder or other appointed specialist. Tell us who is involved and where you need support. We will discuss how the timber-frame package and Grain’s co-ordination can fit around those arrangements.
A clear role for everyone
Grain co-ordinates the agreed service and supplies the package described in your contract. Architects, engineers, planning advisers and other specialists remain responsible for the professional work they are appointed to provide. Your proposal and appointments explain how these responsibilities connect.
